Bradley Briegleb, JD
Brad has over 29 years of medical malpractice litigation and claims management experience representing hospitals, doctors and nurses. Brad is experienced in complex litigation matters and his expertise includes real-world courtroom and trial experience. He has litigated at both the federal and state levels and is known for achieving successful, mutually beneficial resolutions to difficult, complex cases.
Brad currently serves as the senior director of claims and litigation for Stanford University Medical Center. Before joining Stanford, Brad was a managing senior equity partner with the law firm of Dummit, Briegleb, Boyce & Buchholz.
Brad’s philosophy is centered on developing successful claims management strategies that support patient safety. His implementation of early offer resolution strategies and disclosure and offer programs has resulted in their successful integration into the corporate structure. Brad is a frequent educator and presenter on claims management issues and strategies.
Brad is a graduate of California State University, Hayward with a degree in Psychology and from Pepperdine University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.
